Seniors Tech Connect is all about helping seniors with their technology needs. This doesn't mean sophisticated lessons on how to code, this means ground zero questions. Don't know how to text? How to install an app? How to call someone? How to look something up? I am there to help. 


Area Of Operations (AOO)

I am based out of Des Moines Washington, my AOO is Des Moines, SeaTac, Burien, Seattle, and Tacoma. I unfortunately am not available outside King and Pierce County. Please note that if you desire in-person lessons and you are farther out I may have to charge extra for transportation needs.

Prices

$20 for 15 minutes (Online Only)

Want a quick lesson with whichever device you want? This is the perfect option for newcomers who want to see if my services are worth your time and money. 

$40 for 30 minutes

Need a bit more time to know more about your device? This is the perfect package for those who want an in between a short and long lesson.

$60 for an hour

Need to learn your device and have the time? This is the perfect package for those who want an in-depth lesson on their device. 

Frequently Asked Questions

What age do I have to be to utilize this business?

The general consensus of "senior citizen" age is 55, however I am not super strict about this, if you are 45 or younger that needs help with their device, I would gladly be able to help.

Do you have any experience with senior citizens?

Yes. As mentioned in my "About me" I interned at a retirement home for over a year and got to help many wonderful people with their technology and other miscellaneous tasks. 

Are lessons in person only?

No! Lessons can be provided online through the Zoom program if you are not feeling up to meeting in person.

I live far away from Des Moines WA, is in person lessons still available?

It depends on your location. If you are a certain distance away, I would have to increase the prices of the lessons due to fuel needs. If it really becomes an issue, I recommend online lessons.

What types of payment do you accept?

Cash (In person only), Debit/Credit cards, and checks.

If we were to meet in person, would you wear a face mask?

I will wear a face mask if you ask me to! Please let me know beforehand if you want me to wear one when you schedule your appointment.

Where can we meet?

At a public space at your choosing, your residence, or online!
